    The penthouse on the top floor offered fine views and a spacious layout. The cleanliness of the apartment was commendable, and the daily coffee capsule supply was a lovely touch. I especially appreciated the private rooftop terrace, where we could unwind after a busy day. The city view from our apartment enhanced our experience.

    A convenient Shanghai retreat

    The spacious apartment offered a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a handy washer-dryer. Access to the Ritz Carlton pool was a fantastic bonus for the family.

Our Two-Bedroom Apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine, and comfortable beds. The 24/7 concierge service was very helpful and convenient for our needs.     I had a wonderful stay at the Shanghai Centre Serviced Apartment. The spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment provided a perfect home away from home for my family. The location was excellent, with a great selection of restaurants nearby and easy access to explore Jing An and the surrounding area. One highlight was attending the Spiral acrobatic show, conveniently close by. I highly recommend this family accommodation for a great staycation during the Chinese New Year break.

    Spent Xmas at a well-equipped apartment in the heart of a bustling city with a supermarket, deli and great dining options nearby. Apartment had daily cleaning, fresh towels and comfortable beds. Health club and pool access was a plus.

    Old furniture and poorly maintained facilities. Limited choices for breakfast vouchers.

    The apartment location was ideal, close to two metro stations and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and had a nice kitchen stocked with basic utensils. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we had access to a great gym and pool.

    Limited breakfast options were disappointing, with only two restaurants with special menus available for a short time.
